You will be one of the first Employment Advisors to join this brand-new programme. They will teach you how to be an IPS specialist, which is a specialist methodology for supporting vulnerable individuals into employments. This service is supporting those who are in structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol use
There are vacancies in North and South Wiltshire where you will collocate at partner organisation sites. Due to the remote nature of some of the locations driving is essential for the role. You will have a caseload of around 20 clients in total, aiming for around 2 job starts a month (with job sustainment’s at 3 months) and bring 4-5 new service users onto the service a month. Day to day you will be supporting your clients with career planning, job searching or preparing for interviews.
The salary range is £26,814 – £32,000 dependant on experience. Top end of the salary is for those with direct IPS experience.

You might have previously worked as an Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, Drug and Alcohol addiction experience or have some experience in supporting people back into employment.
