Justice Services Manager Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced people leader to manage a team delivering rehabilitation and resettlement services across prisons and community sites in the East of England.

This is a role with real impact. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring they have the direction and support to deliver high-quality services that change lives. You’ll be based in Peterborough two days a week, with regular visits across the region (all travel costs covered).

What You’ll Do

• Ensure staff consistently meet their targets.
• Schedule and oversee caseload reviews and regular 1:1s.
• Line manage staff, providing guidance and accountability.
• Cover gaps where needed to keep services running.
• Drive day-to-day performance, holding the team to account while offering support.

About You

To apply, you must have experience managing teams across services such as housing, employment support, criminal justice, or homelessness.

Additional Information

The role covers Peterborough, Norwich, HMP Wayland, HMP Hollesley Bay, Huntingdon, HMP Peterborough, King’s Lynn Probation, and HMP Littlehey.

Travel across the region is essential (all costs covered). Enhanced DBS and prison vetting required.
