Looking for a teaching role that’s a bit different from the usual classroom setting? This unique position is based inside Heathrow’s Terminal 5, where you’ll combine teaching with hands-on support in the workplace.
You’ll be working with young people on a Supported Internship programme. They already have placements within the airport, so your role is to deliver functional skills (maths, English, and employability) and then support them directly in their job roles, helping them succeed day to day.
What you’ll be doing:

Why this role is different
This isn’t a standard teaching role. You’ll be right in the heart of one of the world’s busiest airports, teaching and supporting young people in real jobs. It’s varied, rewarding, and you’ll see the difference you’re making every single day.
How to Apply
Please apply via this advert and one of the team will be in touch. If you haven’t heard back within 72 hours, you can also use the “Send Us a Message” form on the Red 5 People website and a member of the team will respond.
For an informal chat about the role, call the office and ask for James (details are on the Red 5 People website).
