Prison Resettlement Worker Permanent

Help people rebuild their lives after prison or probation.

We’re recruiting a Criminal Justice Interventions Worker to join a brilliant charity in Oxfordshire. You’ll spend 3–4 days a week at HMP Bullingdon and 1–2 days at Bicester Probation, supporting clients to resettle and move forward.

What you’ll do:

• Work with people leaving prison or on probation
• Support access to housing, employment, and goal setting
• Keep caseloads progressing when staff are absent

What we’re looking for

• Experience supporting vulnerable clients with challenges similar to ex-offenders, such as work in:
  • Probation, prison, hostels, supported housing
  • Drug & alcohol services, or substance misuse support
• Or a criminology graduate with relevant voluntary experience
