This role combines health coaching (full NHS-accredited training provided) with employment support. You’ll work with participants one-to-one, helping them improve their wellbeing, build confidence, develop CVs, prepare for interviews, and explore job opportunities. You’ll also work alongside healthcare professionals and employers to remove barriers and promote inclusive workplaces.

Experience in coaching, volunteering, or support work is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.
You must have a degree related to health, wellbeing, psychology, social sciences, sports science, medical.
