They are recruiting for Employment Specialists, with roles available across Manchester City Centre and Stockport.
The Role You’ll be fully trained to support people with a learning disability into employment, using two key routes:
1:1 advice and guidance:
You’ll typically have around 8 meetings per week with participants, supporting with:
Employer engagement:
You’ll reach out to organisations that could be a good fit for your customers, exploring potential opportunities and discussing reasonable adjustments that may help them succeed in work.
Location / Working Pattern This is a community-based role, working from locations such as community centres, libraries, or partner provider offices.
Experience Needed You don’t need employment support experience — you’ll be trained.
You will need one of the following:
You’ll bring empathy, strong communication skills, and confidence working independently in the community.
