Youth Pathways Team Leader Contract NEW

We’re looking for an experienced Youth Pathways Team Leader to lead a small team delivering an innovative new service supporting young people aged 18–25 who are out of work due to health-related barriers. Its a great charity to work for who have won awards for being a great employer.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll manage and develop a team while holding a small caseload yourself, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong outcomes.
 

• Lead and supervise a small team to meet targets and KPIs
• Monitor performance and provide coaching, mentoring and field support
• Manage a small caseload of young adults
• Support participants using structured action planning and CBT-informed techniques
• Build relationships with employers and local partners to create opportunities
• Ensure accurate recording, compliance and service quality

About you
 

• Experience managing performance and leading teams
• Background supporting young people or adults with mental health or complex barriers
• Strong partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Outcome-focused, resilient and motivated
