This is a home based role. Using your experience to coach and mentor people who would like to set up a new business from scratch. Or support those who have recently set up and are in need of support.
If you have set up and run your own business before, you tend to find the whole business start-up thing fascinating then this might be for you? Or maybe you have worked as a business coach or business start up mentor previously? Perhaps you are a business teacher or business lecturer, you know all about business plans, cashflow, marketing and the key star tup essentials and would like to practice what you preach?
The people you are supporting will be referred via DWP, and will be utilising universal credit. Your aim is to coach and mentor them to become independent and create a sustainable business. Mostly home based, you will deliver one to one sessions with people that include reviewing business ideas, assessing cash flow, and helping people to create a business plan. You will then coach and mentor them to be successful over a set period of time. Business might range from self-employed cleaners, cake making, online retail sales via amazon or dog walking. You will also get the opportunity to create and deliver online business start up seminars around topics you are passionate about. This could include content marketing to entrepreneur mindset.
