Are you a criminology graduate looking to start your career in criminal justice? Join a highly rated charity (Best Companies / Investors in People) running a new programme that supports ex-offenders in the community.
You’ll help run a welcoming and supportive Hub — complete with wellness rooms, a gym, music studio, pool tables, and even midweek debates over doughnuts. It’s a space where people feel human again.
In this role, you’ll greet participants, manage referrals and bookings, handle petty cash, and ensure safety checks are in place. You’ll also monitor CCTV, control access to restricted areas, and keep the Hub stocked and compliant with health and safety.
We’re looking for someone organised, approachable, and passionate about rehabilitation. This is a great opportunity for a criminology graduate with some relevant experience — paid or voluntary — supporting ex-offenders or people facing challenges like homelessness, mental health, or unemployment.
