Working from Cambridge Probation Trust, you’ll provide one-to-one support to people rebuilding their lives. You’ll help them access training, education, employment, housing, and health services — supporting their progress and helping reduce reoffending.
This role is ideal for graduates with voluntary or paid experience supporting vulnerable people — such as ex-offenders, or those facing challenges like homelessness, mental health, or substance misuse. You’ll need strong communication skills, empathy, and a belief in second chances.
