You will be joining a national disability charity to help them create and build an e-learning employability platform. You will be working closely with the charities digital team to create all the online employability content.
There is already an online / remote employment service. But this platform will form as the foundation to support all the charities employment projects, and later link in with other services such as family support.
You can be based in either Leeds or Manchester and will manage one staff member who will support you on this programme. You will be great at working in partnership with other employability team members and services to ensure a great platform is built delivering a huge impact on peoples lives. And you will enjoy coming up with and creating key modules to builld into the platform.
To apply for this role, you must have an employability background at management level and will have experience of designing and creating content for employment work shops, or ideally online delivery. Equally people from a skills, apprenticeships or AEB background might well be well suited to this post. You will have experience of, or be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of job seekers with disabilities.
