EHCP Coordinator Permanent

This EHCP Coordinator role is about making sure young people on Supported Internships get the right support in place – and that their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are kept on track.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate EHCP reviews for learners on Supported Internships.
- Hold meetings with learners, families, schools, and local authority staff.
- Make sure EHCP requirements are delivered and documented properly.
- Occasionally support learner sign-ups – but your main focus is EHCPs.
What you’ll need:
- Experience of EHCP processes and reviews.
- Confidence in running and chairing meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in supporting young people with SEND.
This is a permanent, full-time role, based 100% in Birmingham city centre. Hours are typically 9–5, though you’ll need some flexibility to support sign-ups or attend meetings.
