EHCP Coordinator Permanent

We’re supporting a fantastic organisation that’s looking for someone with EHCP experience to join their team. If you’ve been involved in EHCP reviews, perhaps as a TA or in a school setting and you’re ready for a new challenge, this could be a brilliant next step.

In this role, you’ll:
 

• Attend around 20–30 EHCP reviews a year, helping to decide whether the programme can meet each learner’s needs.
• Keep plans updated so they genuinely reflect each young person’s aspirations.
• Build warm, productive relationships with local authorities, schools and families.
• Stay on top of referrals and help bring new learners onto the programme, especially during the busy May–September period.
• Offer the occasional bit of classroom support so you stay connected with the young people you’re supporting.

They’re looking for someone friendly, organised and experience of the EHCP process, someone who really cares about getting the right support in place for every learner.

Strong IT skills, attention to detail and SEND experience is essential.  If you’re passionate about SEND and want a role where you can make a real difference, we’d love to chat with you.
