This employability tutor role is working on the traineeship contract, so you will be supporting 16 – 24 years olds to gain the skills needed to progress to the next stage of their lives.
The focus is employability skills, however if you have also taught functional skills or any other vocational subjects this would be an advantage. This role will be centre based, and include one to one and group sessions, alongside blended face to face and digital delivery.
To apply, its essential you have a teaching qualification. You must have taught employability, and might have previously worked as a Traineeship Tutor, Study Programme Tutor, Functional Skills Tutor, or Employability Tutor.
