This is a brand-new role, joining a charity with a track record of looking after their people (Investors in People / Best Companies to work for UK). You will be helping ex-offenders to move into apprenticeships with employers.
The team you are joining help ex-offenders to gain support to help them rehabilitate alongside securing employment. They now have extra funding for 18 months (so this is a fixed term contract) for someone to come on board to develop an apprenticeship offering. Key focus of the role will be
To apply, its essential you have previously worked within apprenticeships. Ideally in a role that has involved liaising with employers. You might have previously worked as an Assessor, Tutor, Learner Engagement Consultant or Employer Engagement Consultant.
