This is a specialist role helping ex-offenders find employment. You will be engaging with businesses to provide a FREE recruitment service, and talking to them about the benefits of employing an ex-offender.
This organisation is fantastic! Why? Management is supportive, team-work is valued, no micro-management, progression is realistic, and the organisation is competitive.
Please note: This is a 1-year FTC (maternity cover) and you must be able to start work immediately (ideally less than 4 weeks’ notice)

Each probation centres will have a dedicated Employment Advisor that you will work with, who coaches the clients to access services such as housing support, finance or substance misuse services. When the clients become job ready, you will then try and fast track them into employment by sourcing local vacancies with employers, and coaching and mentoring them throughout the application process.
Take note – this role is admin heavy! Lots of paperwork! So accuracy is important.
Team-work and collaboration are key.
