Would you like to support people aged 50 and over back into employment?

This role offers 30 hours per week, which can be spread across 4 or 5 days, depending on what works best for you.

Following previous success, this charity has been asked by the DWP to support job seekers aged 50+ across Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea. You won’t need to source referrals — the job centre will refer clients directly to you.
This is an initial 12-month contract, with the potential to extend (the charity aims to retain staff where possible). Over the course of the contract, you’ll support around 80 job seekers, with the goal of helping 28 into paid employment.

You’ll be based mainly at job centres in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea, as well as a community hub in Marylebone. Your work will involve delivering tailored IAG support, including:

• Better-off calculations
• CV writing
• Job searching
• Interview preparation
