As an Employment Specialist, you’ll deliver the IPS model (full training provided) to help clients with mental or physical health needs move into sustainable employment. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday (9–5) outreach role, working in the community and typically covering 1–2 boroughs. Most of your week will be spent face-to-face with clients, employers, and health partners. There may be the odd home working day, but this is not fixed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support a caseload of clients into employment aligned to their skills and preferences.
• Deliver tailored job search support, CV building, applications, and interview coaching.
• Work closely with health professionals as an embedded IPS practitioner.
• Build relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.
• Provide in-work support to help clients sustain employment.

We’re looking for:

• Experience supporting people with health conditions, disabilities, or similar challenges.
• Ability to meet performance targets while keeping client-centred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with employers and clinical partners.
• Experience in a challenging role supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals, while working to performance targets yourself and managing your own wellbeing.
• Your experience should show that you’ve achieved and sustained targets in a role over time.
