Recruiter Ready for a Career Change? Looking to step away from sales targets and use your people skills to make a real difference? This role offers the chance to support people with mental health needs (often anxiety or depression) to find meaningful work and rebuild confidence.
You’ll enjoy a hybrid week (3 days from home, 2 days in the office) plus the security of working for an Investors in People award-winning employer.

The role:

• Support people into work or career change through one-to-one coaching (around 19 sessions a week)
• Run initial assessments, create support plans, and provide guidance on CVs, job search, and interviews
• Deliver the occasional group workshop
• Referrals come directly through an NHS service

Who’s it for?

• Recruiters ready for a more meaningful role
• Or those with experience as Employment Advisors, Job Coaches, or Support Workers
• Psychology/relevant grads also welcome
