Employment Advisor Permanent

Are you an experienced Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, Recruitment Consultant or Job Coach looking to make a deeper impact? Join one of the UK’s largest charities supporting people with musculoskeletal conditions (such as chronic back pain or joint issues) to stay in or return to work.

This government-funded programme provides participants with six months of free physio, gym access and integrated NHS support. You’ll manage a caseload of 20–25 participants, delivering joined-up health and employment support in community settings including NHS sites, GP practices and Job Centres (not home-based).

You’ll carry out structured assessments, create action plans, provide CV and interview support, advocate with employers and help individuals rebuild confidence and overcome barriers to work. Full NHS-accredited Health Coach training and Dialog+ assessment training is provided.

Requirements: At least 12 months’ recent experience as an Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, Recruitment Consultant, Job Coach or similar, including managing a caseload and supporting people into work or to maintain work. We have multiple roles across Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden and Haringey. You must be London-based currently.
