This is a brand new contract due to start on the 1st of March 2021.
You will be part of an award-winning organisation that delivers cutting edge contracts helping ex-offenders re-integrate back into society.
Together with their supply chain partners, you will provide specialist support to ensure that people do not re-offend by ensuring that they have a stable progressive release, with support around housing, family re-integration, drug and alcohol, and employment support.
You will have a caseload of 50-60, providing one to one support to ex-offenders who have served a minimum 12 months sentence. There are a range of realistic targets you have to work towards to ensure that your clients rehabilitate, these includes: job starts, short courses, work experience, vocational training or general support measures, so you also need to be goal and target motivated with the ability to work independently.
