An opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established Welfare to Work provider in London.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Employment Advisors across a number of different employment support programmes. This will include performance management, supporting and mentoring a team, reporting and planning, recruitment & selection of new staff, and the quality & compliance of delivery.
The role will be home-based initially but may require some travel around London in the near future.

YES – If you have at least 3 years experience in the welfare to work sector AND have some senior Advisor or Team Leadership experience.
