You will be working on an employment programme to support ex-offenders rehabilitate.
The programme is based at their Wolverhampton hub, which creates a community feel where clients can focus on activities such as sports, media and arts amongst their peers. And at the same time, receive support around employment, accommodation, health, finance, behaviour & attitude. All whilst being mentored and surrounded by role models.
You will be tasked with delivering group sessions delivering accredited and non-accredited programmes which will cover areas such as confidence building, mindset, budgeting and employability skills to name a few. As well as group work, you will deliver one to one sessions.

To apply, you MUST have a minimum of PTTLS Level 3, and ideally the following teaching qualifications (PGCE, DTLLS, CERTED) and have teaching experience.
