Ex-offender Support Worker Permanent

You will be joining a national charity with a track record for looking after their staff (investors in people / best company to work for awards). This is a rewarding role, supporting ex-offenders to gain employment upon release from prison.

Based out of the local probation trust. You will work with a caseload of ex-offenders to provide support around employment, needing to ensure they are receiving well rounded support as they re-integrate back into society.

Being great with people.  Able to manage paperwork (lots of it!).  And also being super organised (diary skills are key!) – would make you great for this role.

You might be a criminology graduate looking to launch your career.  Or you might have previously worked as a Prison Officer, Support Worker, Employment Advisor, Resettlement Officer, Hostel Worker, Key Worker or Drug & Alcohol Support Worker.
