You will be joining a national charity with a track record for looking after their staff (investors in people / best company to work for awards). A rewarding role, supporting ex-offenders to gain employment upon release from prison.
Based out of the local probation trust, you will work with a caseload of ex-offenders to provide support around employment, needing to ensure they are receiving well rounded support as they re-integrate back into society.
As you will be a floating case manager, your months/weeks will vary from being based local to travelling to one of the following probations/prisons Colchester, Chelmsford, Harlow, Basildon, Southend, to cover annual leave and sickness (Travel expenses will be covered).

Monday to Friday 9-5pm (Full time position, Fixed term contract up until December 2023; subject to extension)

People who might find this role of interest may have worked as a Resettlement Officer, Employment Advisor, Probation Officer or Case Manager. However, we welcome criminology graduates to also apply, but you must be able to demonstrate some experience either direct or similar.
