We’re looking for a Youth Outreach Specialist to support young people aged 18–25 who are currently out of work due to health-related barriers. You’ll work with a small caseload, building trust, motivation, and confidence, helping young people take their first steps toward employment, education, or further support.
This is a community-based role (so no office base), ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and making a tangible difference. We have roles in Ealing and Brent.
The charity are open to recent graduates who have some experience in either youth work, employability, or work supporting people to achieve goals. This could be paid or voluntary.

About you
You’ll play a key role in helping young people move forward with their lives, in a role that offers variety, autonomy, and real social impact.
Please apply via this advert – we aim to respond to everyone. If you haven’t heard back within 72 hours, please complete the “Send Us A Message” form on the Contact Us page on the Red 5 People website, and we guarantee a real person will get back to you. For more details about the role, please call the office and ask for James (number on the Red 5 People website).
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12 month contract. You must live within an hours travel of either Ealing or Brent via public transport (parking is not paid so driving would not be practical).
