Are you a graduate or early-career professional looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference? Join one of the UK’s largest charities, a place where people we’ve placed have gone on to thrive and grow their careers, and help change lives by supporting people back into work.
We’re currently recruiting for 8 roles. With positions in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Brent.
The role:
You’ll be trained to become an IPS Employment Specialist, working in the community to help people with mental health conditions or physical disabilities find and sustain employment.
You’ll manage a small caseload of around 25 participants, providing 1:1 support that includes job searching, CV building, interview prep, and in-work coaching. You’ll also spend time engaging local employers to create new job opportunities.
This isn’t an office-based role, you’ll hot-desk across partner sites such as Job Centres, Cafes, Council Offices, and local NHS Trusts. At these sites, you’ll meet participants for 1:1 appointments, as well as work closely with Jobcentre Plus staff and health professionals to collaborate on employment plans and wraparound support.
Full training is provided, combining online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and hands-on guidance from your Team Leader in the community.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need direct experience, full IPS training is provided, but you should have one of the following:
You’ll need strong communication skills, empathy, and the confidence to work independently in the community.

The roles are full time, permanent, Mon to Fri 9 – 5. Please note there is no home working, and they are community based roles. Interviews will be in person on the 9th April. With succesful candidates starting anytime between 2 – 6 weeks from being offered (so it would not suit students seeking a Sept start).
