Are you a graduate looking to launch a career? Would you like lots of development? You will get a good starting base at £25k. Home working at least 3 days a week (we have always operated like this). With commission in year one you should be looking at £30k in total. And year two realistically should be £42k.
Recruitment is very much a sales role. We provide you lots of training and support for this. In fact, you will get your own industry leading sales coach for the first 6 months (monthly one to one’s, and fortnightly group sessions for an hour on a Sunday with homework).
You will be recruiting for organisations within the employment and skills sector. These have always been great sectors to recruit for, but now it’s really busy, and it’s a great place to launch your career in recruitment.
Here is an idea of the types of organisations you will work with and recruitment projects you will get involved in…
You will become an industry expert at helping organisations to hire the right people. And you will become great at sales, to engage with organisations to work with you. To help you with this we will:
So who are we? We are one of the leading agencies in the employment and skills sector (if we do say so ourselves!). We recruit for some of the biggest names. Almost entirely exclusively. We even host key industry events at our office and AGM’s. We are a small team of 5, but now looking to grow. Apart from an hour on a Sunday for training, its pretty much 9 – 5.30 Monday to Friday. But we would expect as needed to put in the extra time if a client requires.
You will need to be very driven. Someone who is ok being out of their comfort zone. Someone who wants to learn, develop and challenge themselves. You will be a relatively recent graduate looking to start your career. You might have even started a role in recruitment or sales, but realised the company isn’t for you.
Please send your CV direct to James Chessum (rather than apply via this advert) along with a cover letter with 10 bullet points as to why you would be great at this role.
