You will be joining a national charity with a track record for looking after their staff (investors in people / best company to work for awards). This is a rewarding role, supporting ex-offenders to gain employment upon release from prison.
Based out of HMP Norwich, you will work with a caseload of ex-offenders to provide support around training, education and employment whilst signposting them to services covering housing / resettlement needs to ensure they are receiving well rounded support as they re-integrate back into society.
This is an exceptional company to work for who encourage career development. They offer 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and a diverse benefits package.
People who might find this role of interest may have worked as an Employment Advisor, Housing Advisor, Probation Officer, Case Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Resettlement Officer.
If you would like to speak to someone first (or by chance have applied and not heard back as yet), please call the office and ask for Mariam (number on the Red 5 People website) or directly on 074413911795 for an informal chat.
Interviews are ASAP.
