Mental health is even more important in today’s current climate than ever before. You will be joining a national mental health charity who need you to support people in Colindale to manage their conditions and become independent.
This project provides temporary accommodation for up to 2 years for people that have been hospitalised due to a severe mental health support need. You will work with clients to help them build up the skills and manage their condition until they can move into their own home and become self-sufficient.

This role is 37.5 hours per week. And a rota system is in place which includes 2 weekends off a month. Shift patterns are 7.30am – 3.30 pm / 2pm – 10.00 pm. And there will be 1 or 2 waking nights per month (10pm – 8.30am) at an extra £15.00 per shift. And one sleeping shift where you sleep at the project on call (an extra £78.30 for the night).
The core basic salary is: £19,443 (with additional night shifts – we estimate the salary overall to be at £20,562 – £21,102)
