You will be joining a national organisation in a home based role helping to improve their rehabilitation services within criminal justice & employment support. The charity currently delivery contracts across the midlands and entire southern region of England across prisons, CRC’s and probations trusts.
Key deliverables of each contract are focussed around employment support outcomes (job starts & sustainment’s) as well as progress measures (linking clients into housing, debt management, education or drug & alcohol support provisions).
You will be tasked with reviewing each service and identifying areas for improvement, creating solutions and overseeing the implementation both at a national and regional level for all contracts, as well as subcontracting partners. You will be great at creating joined up solutions, and working with multiple external stakeholders such as HMPPS, NPS and CRC’s. And internally with regional heads, directors (for Ops & Performance) along with subcontracting partners.
You will oversee all improvement plans, such as target setting, monitoring and reporting to senior leadership. You must have previously worked within the employment support, or the criminal justice sector with experience of managing contracts or supply chain management.
