This charity has a track record for looking after their staff (investors in people / best company to work for awards). This is a rewarding role, supporting ex-offenders to rehabilitate.
Based out of Norwich probation trust, you will work with a caseload of ex-offenders to provide support around areas such as employment, housing, debt advice, training, education, or drug and alcohol support. Meeting your clients on a regular basis to support them to progress.
Being great with people. Able to manage paperwork (lots of it!). And being super organised (diary skills are key!) – would make you great for this role.
You might have previously worked as a Prison Officer, Support Worker, Employment Advisor, Resettlement Officer, Hostel Worker, Key Worker, or Drug & Alcohol Support Worker.
