A leading national charity is recruiting Employment Consultants to support people with mental health conditions, disabilities and other barriers into sustainable employment. Its a great graduate opportunity for those with some existing experience.
You’ll receive full training as an IPS Employment Specialist and work closely with Job Centres, NHS services and local community partners. Your role will involve building relationships, motivating individuals, understanding their goals and helping them move towards employment.
This is a community-based role covering Hillingdon, working across locations including Job Centres, Council Offices and NHS sites. We are recruiting on behalf of a charity for multiple roles in Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Brent, Hillingdon and Barnet.

Interview Information Interviews will take place on Monday 8th June and will be held in person with the charity. The process is a one-stage assessment lasting up to three hours and includes an interview, presentation and practical task.
