This is an exciting time to be a part of an established organisation who delivers cutting edge government funded contracts from Employment Support to Apprenticeships.
They have an outstanding team of front-line delivery staff, as well as supportive management across the team.
But what also helps an organisation to succeed? Audits.
A successful, quality audit can make or break an organisation’s capacity to deliver or perform.
Without YOU – no one will conduct monthly internal audits of learner files, no one will oversee external DWP audits, no one will oversee the customer service standards to ensure that requirements are met, and no one will conduct annual due diligence checks for the organisation’s partners meaning that learner journeys would not be looked after.
So your role as a Quality Officer, is very important.
This is a home-based role, but travels to Plympton, Dorchester, and Exeter will be required when you meet with subcontractors. You will have access to an office in Bournemouth as and when needed, and all travel expenses are paid for (mileage or train fares).
You will oversee 3 subcontractors in the South West, who delivers the Reducing Parental Conflict contract. Part of your role is to also provide overall support for the SSU contract in the South East.
To apply, ideally you have an experience within the Employment Support Sector as a Quality Officer, or Quality Assurance Officer.
