This is a brand new role, heading up quality for ESFA and AEB contracts for a growing training provider. They have grown organically and responsibly over the last 20 years. Due to large contract wins (and now moving into prime contractor territory) they have a need for a Quality Manager leading a team of 3 quality officers. This is ideal for someone looking to step into management, or a manager looking to progress their career.
You will be heading up quality on one of their large new contracts which launched in August. The new contracts mean they will come under Ofsted now, so you will be supporting in getting ready for any future inspections. It’s a real chance to make your mark. Most of the leadership team have been grown from within, and it’s a really supportive culture for people who want to develop their career. They have a really impressive HQ in Greenwich where you will be based most days. And there will be some national travel with hotel stopovers.

You must have a background within quality, ideally with Ofsted experience within education or further education. You might have previously worked in a school, for a training provider, college, and must have either managed teams before (in a previous sector is fine) or have some supervisory experience (looking to take a step up).
