You will be joining a social enterprise that have won investors and people gold awards that is owned by their employees, meaning it is a truly great place to work! They help society become a better place and help support those needing to get back into work.

They are delivering the biggest employment support programme in the UK, only launching just a few days ago!

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

The role is split amongst 3 offices (Redditch, Kidderminster and Worcester) which your time would be split between the 3 each week. On top of this you will also find yourself out and about on meeting visits with new and existing employers.

You would be working with a brand new team helping support the unemployed affected by Covid 19 and seeing the end of furlough back into employment.

Key responsibilities included but are not limited to…

• Supporting a team that help job seekers find new opportunities as well as new employers finding new employees.
• Supporting candidates through the employment process including interview prep and any additional support needed.
• Generating new leads by mapping out the labour market and offering a free recruitment service (Government funded so no fees)
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders
• Keeping on top of database contacts and ensuring all are accurate on input

IS THIS ROLE FOR ME?

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a background experience withing Recruitment, Business development, sales, account managers or anything similar where you have had experience in cold calling or business outreach.
