Although home working, when things return to normal, we have a hotdesking office in Kings Cross (London) so tend to meet up once a week. But if you live further afield, 1 – 2 times a month is ok (we don’t really mind where you live).
You will like the office. Its a bit hipster like, but laid back (dogs walking around, free beer on tap, nice views of London and pool tables etc).
You will join a small team with 5 of us in total. In your first 6 months, you get to work with an external sales coach which includes monthly one to one’s and fortnightly one-hour online workshops (usually on a Sunday evening with homework). You will also receive advert copywriting training externally, and social media training as well.
You will recruit for the employment support sector. Roles you recruit for will range from front line careers advisors, to CEO’s of youth employment charities. These might be one off hires, to hosting recruitment days at our office to help organisations build entire teams.

You will get a good commission structure. The base salary is £30,000 per annum. Realistically, you should be comfortably looking at £40k including commission for year one, and £60k for year two.
