Senior Drug and Alcohol Employment Specialist – DA1032 Permanent
Are you an experienced leader with IPS experience and looking for your next leadership role? Not afraid to be hands on in supporting service users with drug and alcohol addictions? Are you ready to be the leader that pushes a new team working on a brand new project?
You would be working for a large charity organisation as a senior employment specialist for a drug and alcohol service. Driving is essential as you will be covering the whole of Wiltshire, supporting a team of 2 employment specialists ensuring the delivery of a quality service supporting those with drug and alcohol addiction into employment. You will have a small caseload of your own to manage along with your other leadership duties including:
- Managing frontline staff ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Managing day to day running of the service.
- Providing support with business development.
- Nurturing relationships with employers.
- Inducting and training of staff.
The salary range for the role is £30,959 – £36,000 based on leadership and IPS experience.
