You will be home based all the time. With the odd day trip to London HQ. And after the interview, you will walk out (or Zoom out?) buzzing, wanting to be a part of the journey. All the key leaders have progressed in their roles. And so will you. Joining as the sole person in a brand new role as Senior MIS Manager. You will soon grow and develop your team.
You will be joining a well established (1995) employment and skills provider. Its exciting times. They currently deliver a healthy range of ESF, DWP and ESFA funded programmes across skills and employability as well as some really interesting international programmes. With much more on the imminent horizon as tier 2 CAEHRS providers, they now need a dedicated MI function. And this is where you will come in. You will review all the contracts across the teams. Create dashboard and monthly MI packs, and advise senior leadership on performance and trends keeping them ahead of the curve.
This is a brand new role. You can set this up yourself and make it your own. We have placed a number of key hires in the last few years who tell us they love the culture and passion of the organisation.
