Would you like a home based role within recruitment, with a clear career map and lots of training and development?
You will be supporting our lead consultants as they manage large recruitment campaigns for our clients. The sectors we recruit for have a huge demand for staff right now. We will train you to be great at searching and speaking to candidates about opportunities with our clients. After 12 months, if you would like to explore a different role in recruitment such account management or as a recruitment consultant these options will be available to you, and will lead to the opportunity to earn commission (so typically £30k – £45k per annum as a total package).
You will receive leading sector training and support. You will be working a number of vacancies each month, with your key function being to identify and speak to candidates who would be a great fit for our clients. We will teach you:
You will be someone who can work at pace, and who is incredibly organised. This role would suit someone who has ideally worked in a sales type environment before, or within phone based customer service role, however we are open to applicants from a range of backgrounds including graduates / trainees.
The hardest part of the role is being able to work at speed consistently. A large focus will be speaking to candidates who are either on our database or have registered on a job board. So day to day you will be making a lot of candidate calls so resilience is key. Sometimes they will have applied, but often you will be calling up and speaking to people to introduce opportunities with our clients.

Please note: Whilst this is a home based role, for the first 3 months, we shall require someone to come into our office based in Biggleswade for 2 – 3 days a week for training and support (with it likely moving to once a week after this point). Please note we do have free parking spaces.
People who have worked in previous roles such as a resourcer, telesales, recruitment consultant, lettings, retail or a graduate might well suit this position. Ideally you will want to launch a career in recruitment, and this will be a slow transition with lots of support.
