Between 15 and 19 years of age is such an important part of a young person’s life. Some young people struggle and need support navigating this period. You will be joining a charity that looks after their people with lots of career progression opportunities.
Based in schools pan London you will work with a caseload of young people who are at risk from disengaging and becoming NEET. You will work with each person to set up an action plan and delivery one to one and group coaching sessions to help them develop. This could cover areas such as:

This is an interesting and rewarding role. It’s Monday to Friday, 9 – 5 with 25 days annual leave per annum (so work is continued throughout the school holidays). It’s essential you have worked with young people before. People who have worked as a youth worker, careers advisor, teaching assistant, behavioural support worker, SEN support assistant or youth offending practitioner might well be a good fit for this role.
