
We’re looking for a Youth Outreach Specialist to support young people aged 18–25 who are currently out of work due to health-related barriers. You’ll work with a small caseload, building trust, motivation, and confidence, helping young people take their first steps toward employment, education, or further support.
This is a community-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship-building, and making a tangible difference. We have roles in Ealing and Brent.
